Messages continued to pour in, with supporters urging the family to prioritise health over celebrations and expressing hope that the ceremony would happen once her father was well enough to attend. The development came at a time when social media had been buzzing with pictures and videos from the pre-wedding celebrations. Several teammates had arrived early to join the pre-wedding events, turning Mandhana’s wedding into a hub of celebrations before the sudden pause. Jemimah Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh, Radha Yadav, Arundhati Reddy and Shreyanka Patil were also present, participating in the functions and spending time with the Mandhana family. With the ceremony now on hold (postponed indefinitely), the family is expected to revisit plans once her father’s health stabilises.
