Indian cricket stars Hardik Pandya, Varun Chakravarthy, and Abhishek Sharma have maintained their top positions in the ICC T20 rankings released on Wednesday.Chakravarthy has strengthened his position as the leading bowler, gaining 14 rating points to reach 747 points since claiming the top spot last week.Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed has made significant progress, climbing 12 positions in the rankings following his 11-place advancement the previous week.Bangladesh’s Mustafizur Rahman has returned to the top 10 after moving up six places. The experienced T20I bowler recovered from a brief form slump, claiming six wickets at an average of eight in his recent two matches.All-rounder Hardik Pandya continues to lead the all-rounders’ rankings while also improving his bowling position, moving up six spots to reach 60th place.In the batting category, Abhishek Sharma retained his position as the top-ranked T20I batter while gaining rating points. He scored 38 runs against Oman in India’s final group match and followed it with a match-winning 74 against Pakistan’s target of 171.Tilak Varma has moved up to third position after his unbeaten 30 off 19 balls that helped secure victory against Pakistan.Team captain Suryakumar Yadav has advanced one position, now approaching the top five in the rankings.Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan has jumped 31 positions to reach 24th place after scoring 58 runs from 45 balls.Hussain Talat has made a remarkable leap of 1474 places to share the 234th position in the men’s T20I batting rankings following his winning performance against Sri Lanka.Bangladesh’s Saif Hassan has climbed 133 places to reach 81st position in the batting rankings after his crucial innings of 61 runs helped his team start successfully in the Asia Cup Super Fours.
