Discarded India opener Prithvi Shaw has made a bold statement ahead of the 2025-26 domestic season with a scintillating hundred against his former team, Mumbai, in a warm-up fixture. The 25-year-old, who had moved to Maharashtra from Mumbai, reached his 100-run mark off just 140 balls.Shaw put on 305 runs for the opening wicket with Arshin Kulkarni before Shams Mulani broke the partnership.Prithvi brought up his fifty off 84 balls and reached his hundred in 144 deliveries.
