Congress’ Rahul Gandhi has time for vacation but not constitutional events, said BJP after Rahul skipped the oath-taking ceremony of CP Radhakrishnan. While Rahul was absent, most floor leaders from both Houses, including those of Congress, attended the event. “Skipping the event was constitutionally irresponsibleon Rahul’s part. He undermined the grace of his office,” BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh said.
